Who are we?

The picture holds the message
Every day we are swamped with countless messages that are expressed in visual communication. The language of the picture moves, provokes, influences, states, convinces, puts off and appeals. But are these messages also clear? Are they received by us as they are meant by the sender? And why is one picture better than another? The answer lies in the quality of the designer. An all-round designer knows how to develop a concept in which the picture and the medium have to convey the message, without losing his individuality and critical attitude towards society. Art, Communication and Design (ArtCoDe) trains students to be all-round designers and art directors who know how to do this.
